The ZX terrace ladder is specially designed for exiting to the exterior of a flat roof building. It is light, silent, easy to manoeuvre, safe and stable.
It saves a lot of space thanks to the possibility of folding it. It allows easy access to the outside and makes full use of the space in the room.
The ZX terrace staircase is provided with a 65 cm high wooden box, to be waterproofed during the installation phase, with an external cover made of galvanized sheet metal, completely watertight and resistant to water, provided with an internal closure.
The ZX terrace staircase is supplied with a metal frame, a wooden cover and a galvanized tubular ladder structure, fully assembled and provided with detailed instructions for quick and easy installation. The wooden flashing accessory is not included, for more information please consult.
OPENING
Ladder equipped with an exclusive pantograph-type opening system, very easy to operate, which ensures that the steps of the ladder are completely retracted above the cover when the ladder remains closed.
Its opening system requires a space for manoeuvring in front of the box, which is necessary to open the ladder.
