Disappointing Service and Poor Packaging

Unfortunately, my experience with this store was disappointing. Despite paying €12 for shipping, I received the wrong product, and the box was damaged. After requesting better packaging for the replacement, the second shipment was still poorly packed and arrived in even worse condition.

While customer service was responsive in organizing the return, the lack of attention—both in sending the correct product initially and in packaging—shows poor standards. For the shipping cost I paid, I expected much better service.
